අපි හුන්නස්ගිරිය යන්න හිතන් හිටියත් එහෙ ලගදි ගිය පිරිසක් දිවියෙක්ගෙන් පහරකෑම නිසා හුන්නස්ගිරිය යන්න නම් පොලීසියෙන් අවසර ගන්න ඕන කියල ආරන්ච්‍ උන නිසා අන්තිමට අරන්ගල යමු කියල කතාඋනා. ළගකදි අරන්ගල ගිය කෙනෙක් අතරමන් වෙලත් තිබුන නිසා පාර හොයාගන්න බැරිවෙයිදෝ කියල පුන්ච් චකිතයකුත් නොතිබුනාමත් නොවේ.
අරංගල කන්ද තියෙන්නෙ A9 පාරෙ නාඋල. Trinco , Anuradapure වගේ ඕනම නාඋල හරහ යන බස් එකක ගිහින් නාඋල youth එක ගාව බැහැල (නුවර ඉදන් 53 km විතර තියෙනවා) ටිකක් ඉස්සර හට ගියාම කන්ද පාමුල වෙනකන් තියෙන කොන්ක්‍රිට් පාර හම්බෙනවා. ඒක දිගේ කෙලවටම ගියා ම එතන ඉදන් පොඩි අඩිපාරක් තියෙනවා තව ටික දුරක් යනකන්.ඊට පස්සෙ වතුර පාරදිගේ උඩට නගින්න තමා තියෙන්නේ . සමහර තැන්වලනම් ඊතල ගහල පාර සලකුනු කරලත් තිබුන.( ඒ ගැන සැළකිල්ලෙන් ගියොත් පාර වරදින්න තියෙන සම්භාවිතාවය අඩුයි )
කන්ද මුදුනේ ගොඩක් උස ගස් එහෙමත් නැතිනිසා දවාලට අවුව නම් සැරටම වැටෙනවා.ඒ උනාට උඩට තියෙන ලස්සන view එක නිසා ඒක ලොකුවට දැනෙන්නෙ නැහැ.කන්ද මුදුනට බෝවතැන්න , වෑමැඩිල්ල , නාලන්දා ජලාශද
නකල්ස් , රිවස්ටන් ,බ්‍රැන්ඩිගල ,දොළුකන්ද ,වීල්ෂයාර් , අම්බොක්ක ආදී කදුද මාතලේ සහ මහනුවර ප්‍රදේශයන්ද පැහැදිලිව දිස්වේ .ගරා වැටුනු ස්මාරකයක් වැනි ඉදිකිරීමක්ද කදු මුදුනේ පිහිටා ඇත.තවද කන්ද තරණයේදී අතරමගදී විශාල ගල්ගුහාවද අපට දක්නට ලැබුණි.

Arangala Kanda is located at Naula on the A9 road. Take any bus that goes through Naula like Trinco, Anuradapura and get off at Naula Youth (about 53 km from Kandy) and after a while you will find the concrete road that goes to the foot of the hill. Once you reach the end of it, there is a small footpath from there. Then you have to climb up a small water path. In some places, the road was marked with arrows.(so if you follow those arrow marks there's a less probability to get lost.)
There are no tall trees at the top of the mountain and therefore it gets very hot during the day. However, it does not feel big due to the beautiful view from the top. Some reservoirs like Bowatenna, Wemadilla, Nalanda and Mountains such as Knuckles, Riverstone, Brandigala, Dolu Kanda, Wheelshire, Ambokka, and also some areas of Matale and Kandy are clearly visible to the top of the mountain. There is also a dilapidated monument-like structure at the top of the hill. We also saw a large cave on the way up to the hill.
In this way another beautiful memory was added to our traveling memory.
